Tento druh absintu se \u0159ed\u00ed v pom\u011bru 1:2, tj. jeden d\u00edl absintu a 2 d\u00edly vody.Amave absinthe blanche &#8211; 53 % alkoholu; byliny, jimi\u017e se dod\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1poji zelen\u00e9 zbarven\u00ed se p\u0159edem destiluj\u00ed, a proto fin\u00e1ln\u00ed barva absintu je \u010dir\u00e1. A proto\u017ee n\u00e1poj obsahuje ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed procento alkoholu, doporu\u010den\u00e9 \u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed je jeden d\u00edl absintu a jeden d\u00edl studen\u00e9 vody. Amave absinthe je vhodn\u00fd p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdch alkoholick\u00fdch koktejl\u016f. Dubied Absinthe \u2013 70 %; jedn\u00e1 se o reprodukci p\u016fvodn\u00ed absintov\u00e9ho receptu. Od roku 1794 byl Dubied pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n l\u00e9\u010debn\u011b, s n\u00e1zvem absintov\u00fd elix\u00edr. Tato tinktura se p\u0159id\u00e1vala do v\u00edna a u\u017e\u00edvala se p\u0159i \u017ealude\u010dn\u00edch a za\u017e\u00edvac\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00edch.
